Dear Club Officer,

Greetings from HBS! It has certainly been a busy year on the HBS campus.  It's hard to believe that we're already gearing up for the Club Officers Leadership Conference - coming up in just a few weeks.  Here's a look at some of the current activity in the Clubs Community:  

• COLC - June 2 and June 3, 2010.  Invitations have been sent to all Club Presidents.  Don't forget to register.  We hope that each Club will send a representative to campus on June 2 for the 2010 Club Officers Leadership Conference.

• In April 2010, HBS hosted participants representing seven global regions for final judging in the School’s first Alumni New Venture Contest.  Representatives from San Francisco, New York, Boston, Chicago, Southern California, London and India all participated. The Rock Center for Entrepreneurship and Alumni Relations are pleased to announce that the team from India, Sundaram Medical Devices, is the winner of the 2010 Alumni New Venture Contest.

• Young Alumni Ambassadors - We have had a great response to our young alumni outreach. Over the past several weeks, we've been working to make connections with more than 25 regions where we had young alumni volunteers. The YAAs are eager to get involved with club activity and we are glad to see that so many of you have welcomed the YAAs as advisors and active participants in the planning of club activities. 
  
  We have begun the 2010 Young Alumni Ambassador outreach and hope to be able to start making connections with the clubs in the late fall.

• October 20, 2010 - Save the Date for the second annual HBS Global Networking Night - connecting HBS alumni through a series of informal events in cities throughout the world. Please send an email to alumni_clubs@hbs.edu if your Club is interested in hosting a Global Networking Night event. Stay tuned for more details.
